When this top tier cycling event saw its consumer product & media  licensing revenue decline despite a growing audience, it needed assistance to find out why. 

We did a high level review of their various programs and identify low hanging fruits where immediate actions could be taken and have almost instantaneous results. 

We brought in long time trusted advisors to assist in a deeper analysis and were able to put forward the foundation for a new global 360 degree licensing plan. 

This plan is now being developed internally by our customer with constant review by Brie Strategy.
