Media Portal Merger

When two entertainment media portals reach a dead end in their merger discussion, we were brought as a "last resort" to offer advice and see if we could salvage the deal. 

After a preliminary analysis, we quickly concluded the merger had tremendous potential and offered both parties many upsides not initially identified. The process had been bogged down by procedural issues and lack of good faith within some of the middle management on both sides. 

We offered concrete and simple solutions, some as simple as face to face meetings between mid level managers and the c-suite. 


Brie Strategy put together a simple six page recommendations plan. All of which were actionned-on and the merger successfully completed.
